I recently purchased a home, where the previous owner recommended Water... Processing. The first contact I had was with one of their techs Trendon. This man is smart and understands not only the systems he installs but how effective customer service is key to keeping customers. I have a crazy schedule and he was polite, patient and punctual when appointments were made. From their main office to the field techs especially Trendon, made my experience smooth and effortless. I appreciate the hard work and dedication to quality customer service. Lastly I was to re-emphasize that Trendon is a cut above the rest and I hope he continues to train new employees, because every company could use a worker like him.
